Hello Everyone!
Everything with Staff Development Day went great. We had a speaker on time management! She had a good point. She said, "In a day, do the UGLIEST thing first, and then branch out from there. Here are my goals for work at least this week:
Monday Job: -SEND STICKY E-MAIL TO SOMEONE
-MAIL THE LETTERS I HAVE
-TIME SHEET TIME SHEET TIME SHEET (I'm WAY overdue here).
-EMAIL NICOLE ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO MEET FOR LUNCH!
-Meet with manager about goals and bookshelf.
-Ask (even though it's embarrassing), about the possibility of them paying for the work conference I'm going to in June.
-Tell her what I did on Thursday, how I went to a quieter room to work on stuff, how it helped me concentrate, that I want to create a list of events, etc.
-Maybe print out this list and give it to everyone so they can find the gaps? (I collect the programming brochures and we're missing many).
-E-mail Georgene
-Write goodnews piece for weekly newsletter.
-e-mail gen
-Photography binder (?Start somewhere?)
Arg wish me luck!
THEN:
Tuesday: -FIND OUT WHEN NEXT LITERACY MEETING IS.
-Get online web update done and SENT.
-email assistant director (what I should have done THURSDAY!)
-Teach class/go early and print up materials I didn't get around to printing out last week.

Hey Gwyn,
Awesome list. Sometimes I find it helpful to prioritize my list early in the day before I get busy. It makes it easier to shift from one task to the next. I typically prioritize no more than 3 to 5 items. Looks like you're off to a great start this week.
Roast's are so convenient. My husband and I always wonder why we don't have roast more often.
