Clark, this is a great summary of what CHADD is hoping to see Congress pass. Two questions, however. First, what is CHADD's view if the Senate bill is essentially the "most" Congress can pass? Is that sufficient to meet your desired thirteen principles. Second, as you point out the health care bill leaves a lot up to the states to decide on what minimum coverage standards are, especially around issues of behavioral and mental health conditions, and whether coverage includes OT, speech, etc. What is CHADD's plan to work through these issues on a state by state level? Are there any models that CHADD would like to take "national"?
