Well, I see my counselor tomorrow. It has been a week since I saw her and she told me I was "beyond help." I have for the most part maintained the schedule that she gave me while still making a few revisions to it to make it easier for me to comply with. When I see her tomorrow, I know she is going to ask me about the schedule and how things have been since I started on it. I will naturally tell her that things have gotten better I just hope that doesn't make her think that this needs to be an ongoing thing. I don't think I could handle that. I think the schedule was good to help me get back on my feet and into some sort of routine. But I think if I had my day mapped out for me all the time it would just make me lose it. When I spoke to my psychiatrist about my last appt with my counselor he said that the schedule was probably put in place to help me stay focused, as ADD is one of my diagnoses. Anyway...wish me luck at my next appt with my counselor.
