Good timing

By tommy1234 Monday, January 12, 2009

I was daignosed with ADHD about 4-5 years ago. For much longer I have been struggling with ADHD, I just didn't know I had it. I'm 26, and am about to start catching up with my homework seeing that it's finals week and I want to pass. All I have to do is pass these three classes with a C or better and I get my Bachleors degree. Does'nt sound like much, and it isn't. The homework isn't hard, the final projects aren't difficult, but I find myself anxious about it, like it's impossible.

My wife right now is rocking our baby to sleep and I had a couple minutes so I decided to look at ADHD stuff. I found this website and have been reading some of the articles. It's funny because people are giving their own personal story, but it sounds like me.

Even right now I want to go back and change everything I have said so it sounds better for whoever might be reading it, but I think I'm going to stick with this. I'm calm now, I think I'll be able to pull an all nighter here and finish everything. It feels good saying that too, because my chest is starting to relax a little and I can breathe easier.

Maybe this isn't the kind of thing that is normally put on thse posts, and if I messed it up I'm sorry. But I do feel better now.
