You've hit it EXACTLY on the head (no pun intended). I have always stressed and, frankly, wanted to be just left alone. When I found out I have ADHD (suspected it for years), I then knew why holidays were bad for me. These days? I too would rather stay home and have it be just like any other day. I'm happier that way!
