Thank you SO much for this article!
I've been on this path of finding my authentic life for a few months now, (well, maybe for a year or two, if i count the little microscopic changes in my frame of mind...)
I discovered that i have adhd-inattention about 7 years ago, and it was such a revelation. suddenly everything that's happened and happens in my life fell into place.
So i need to learn to live with this, manage myself, appreciate its gifts! and find the life that i really want to live.
