I have ADHD and have known for quite a while that I have it. I never took medication for it, but I've been trying to combine different supplements such as fish oil,grape seed extract and other vitamins in hopes they would help,but I have only seen minor improvements so far. I think If I can get the diet and excersize up to par then the whole natural plan would work better. I want to seek the help of a psychologist now because I was diagnosed in junior high and never received any treatment for it, but I'm a broke procrastinator and I haven't gotten to it yet, also I'm afraid to take any medications for it because God knows what will happen to me if I take them and there are weird side effects or something. I am just looking to improve my life and find out a healthy way to do that, and maybe speak with some people who understand what it's like to struggle with ADHD as well.
