Hi Everyone, hope all as been well w/everyone. My son & I have been doing good ourselves lately. I never did make him write all those sentences for the 3 things that he did wrong, but I told him that the next time I would make him write the sentences. I told him that he better take this as a warning cause the next time I am going to make him write them, I did though take away his Gameboy for awhile he just got it back this past Thurs. Evening the 24th he had lost for about 2 weeks & finally by early this past week I think he got the hint that I was going to put up w/his behavior, smart mouth, back talking or disrespectfulness anymore. So I will cross my fingers that it will be awhile before he slips & does one of those misbehaviors he likes to do all so often, as for right now he's been pretty good on watching his mouth (he doesn't ever say a curse/swear words or the word retard, I hate that word retard it drives me crazy when I hear someone say it) he says the words like stupid, dumb. He did mess up in the middle of last week (not the week we just finished) & said to me " I Hate You ", he used to say that all the time to me last Spring 2007 until I made him write sentences for saying it. It took me a mnth to break him of it & everytime he said it he had to write 15 sentences of " I will not say I hate you mom " he had to write sentences about 2 x's a week for a total of 8 times that mnth & he will now only say it once in a blue moon. Since last summer he's only said it to me about 3 maybe 4 times, which isn't very much compared to how much he used to say it. Well this week at work was a very stressful one by about 215pm on this past Wednesday I was ready to go home for the day cause a " Team Lead ", someone who does the same thing I do is pulled off the phones to help out when the regular Performance & Assistant Permformance Managers are busy & not able to assist us when we are on the phones & have a question about something or need some help. The team lead had told me how to do something on this call I was on & she had ended up telling me to do something that was totally wrong & it majorley screwed up the person's account & had charged the person an automatic $250 fee for taking something off her account. I still wasn't able to do what she had said to do so I could do what the lady on the account wanted me to do so I called one of the escallation managers & he came over to where I was sitting & he couldn't get it to do what I wanted it to do either, so he went & asked the Performance Manager what to do & it still wouldn't let him do it either so he went back to her & she ended up coming over to my seat w/him & said that there was nothing we could do & that I had totally screwed up this lady account. The performance manager jumped all over my case for totally screwing up the ladies account & she wanted to know who told me to do it so I told her & she said why did you listen to her in the first place when she was only uptrained for the inbound campaign I was doing last week. I told her that she was pulled off the phones to be a " Team Lead " for Kansas City (which is the where the account was that I screwed up listening to her) & for Ohio the question that I had asked her she would of been able to answer even if I was in Ohio instead of KC but she told me wrong & so I was so upset & pissed off that the manager jumped all over my case for it when it wasn't actually my fault that cause I was doing what she told me to do, so I could finish helping the customer. The escallation spec. who was helping me wanted to know where she went cause he was going to go & tell her that I just got jumped all over cause of her actions, but she had left @ 2pm cause one of her children had a dr's appt., so he said that when I got to work to find him if he was there, or wait for him to come into work on Thurs. and he was going to tell her about her major screw that I got in trouble (just a verbal trouble not a written trouble) for the day before but he didn't have to cause the manager who jumped all over my case the day before came in before him & she got all over her case & she was in trouble & she was still pissed about it on Friday when she came into work. On Thurs. at work I swear I was on pins & needles the whole day at work & everytime I the slightest question about something on the cust. account I would put them on hold for a minute or so & ask a Team Lead about it first (she hasn't been asked too stop taking calls & be a Team Lead on the floor for a little while since she did that on Wed.). Other than that mess up on Wed. & being on pins & needles @ work on Thurs. the rest of the week was really good even yesterday Friday was good. This weekend starting this morning I have been doing the respite care for my friend. I was @ her house for a little bit last night then I got to drive her very expensive Chevy Tahoe that's all decked out w/a built in gps/navigator unit, electronic everything & so on w/all the other latest technology that those types of suv's have now a days in it home to where I live. When I got home every one who I hang out w/in the evenings & late at night sometimes was like I want a ride (I only gave a ride to the older sister of my son's friend who lives out there also, she only got a ride around the block cause the truck was getting very low on gas). Her mom's fiance' wanted to drive it to take his friend home & I said that I would let him drive it only if he was just going to be dropping him off & coming home, but I had to sit in the front seat though, he said that they were wanting to visit w/him & his wife for awhile so I had to decline letting him drive it. He understood why I didn't/couldn't let him & he was fine w/it and not mad at/upset at my decison, cause he knew that I was being very privilidged that my friends husband let me take her truck home for the night cause I had to come back out to her this morning & stay the rest of the weekend and take care of her ladies. She now has a 4th lady that lives at her house & I thought that the lady that she has every other weekend for respite care wasn't coming this weekend but it turns out that she had switched w/the care taker that my friends respite lady lives with. So this weekend I have all 4 of the ladies that live at my friends house all the time & I also have her respite lady as well as my friends youngest child of the 4 children she has & last but not least my own child so this weekend I have to take care of 5 ladies as well as my friends son (he's going to be 5 yrs old this Sept. & he's really easy to take care) & my own son. My friends son & my son play really well together & they like to play with each other as well. They pretty much do their own thing & only want me when they want a drink or something to eat otherwise they don't bug me for anything. So my next days off of work will be this coming Saturday & Sunday Aug. 2nd & 3rd, I have worked everyday since this past Monday July 21st I will be worn out by this Friday Aug. 1st.
