May I ask if you find a lot of similarities between your PTSD and ADD? The reason I ask, is because I have had ADHD all my life and have been treated all of my life. I have a really good friend who suffers from PTSD and when learing about it and reading on the internet I found some of the symtoms are the same. I am sorry that you are having to live with both and I wish I knew of an answer for you. I myself take 10mg of Ritalin twice a day and that is what I have found to work the best. I hope for the best for you and hope you get the help you are looking for.Cool
