    Welcome to Health Central. I am glad that you have found us. I know that a diagnosis can be confusing, one one hand, you know that there is an explanation to many struggles and difficulties you have experienced, and on the other hand, you wonder, what now?

    Hi Kayla, I was just recently diagnosed with ADD.  I'm trying to learn all I can about it.  Eileen and Terry are immensely helpful and nice.  But today I think I'm kind of feeling sorry for myself--why me? type of thing.  That will pass and I'll keep reading.  Best of luck to you.
