Kayla,

Welcome to Health Central. I am glad that you have found us. I know that a diagnosis can be confusing, one one hand, you know that there is an explanation to many struggles and difficulties you have experienced, and on the other hand, you wonder, what now?

Hopefully, you will be able to find some of the answers here. Terry Matlen has some great posts on being diagnosed:

I hope that you will also join us in creating a New Years Resolution:

Again, welcome, please let us know how you are doing.

Hi Kayla, I was just recently diagnosed with ADD.  I'm trying to learn all I can about it.  Eileen and Terry are immensely helpful and nice.  But today I think I'm kind of feeling sorry for myself--why me? type of thing.  That will pass and I'll keep reading.  Best of luck to you.
