Next Steps?

I think I have Adult (women) ADHD. When reviewing all the symptoms they seem to scream my name almost. What are my next steps? Visit to my family doctor? I feel a little silly having to say to my doctor - I think I have ADHD because I read a nubmer of articles that describe me.

Is there treatment? Will all this craziness I feel most days go away?
