Here is Tokyo,Japan.I came here,even my English is hard-to read and hard-to write,

Because no corch,not many professional,Not known about adult ADHD,and ,our country have a charactor,that people tend to aboid a person something different from "Moderate".

is so I have to learn by myself and did manything.sorry for this is no use for you as information,just a Gripe....

P.S yes,I know,I have to live,brow away darkside from my brain,Sometime manything make me cry,but I can cry because I am living.I am a human,cannot live well but I can learn,at least I want to learn.

It sounds like even in your circumstances, you are still trying to look on the bright side. Get as much information as you can, even if you can't get professional help in your country. It's better than nothing. Try this website http://www.addresources.org, it has 50 tips for dealing with adult adhd. Best of luck!
