My son was diagnosed w/ P.A.N.D.A.S. (Strep Induced OCD) at age 4......with his last bout of strep, his OCD symptoms did not decrease as time went on as it has in the past...he has just been diagnosed with ADHD...we are to see the Dr. tomorrow to discuss/start meds...I am EXTREMELY anxious about putting him on ADHD med....I would love to see more posts from parents who have children taking ADHD meds, which meds they are taking, and how the children are doing....side effects especially a concern...

I am just checking back with you to see how the doctor's visit went. Thank you so much for your feedback. I am sure a lot of parents would like to know more about the ADHD meds. I will definitely take this suggestion and try to write something on this topic.
