I am sticking with the yoga...it is definitely helping me to relax.  It is so hard to stop my mind from racing.  So the yoga is good for me.  I have a tai chi DVD I want to try as well.

Are there any specific kinds of yoga that could benefit an ADHD adult? I have tried Vinyasa and struggled to stay in positions long enough and felt like time was moving so slowly. My husband really wants us to do yoga together a few times a week, but I struggle to participate because of my hyperactivity. Let me know if you have any advice. Thanks!

Three types of yoga:

1)Karma yoga: The yoga of action.

2)Bhakti yoga: The yoga of devotion.

3)Jnana yoga: The yoga of knowledge.
