Yeah I see a lot of the resolution folk at my gym in January and then I can't get a machine to myself! By March, a lof of the people will thin out as they give up on their goal. I can identify though, it is hard to stick to a goal. I like your tips...of having do-able and achievable goals which are objective and concrete instead of extreme. My own exercise goals have been a little shakey lately as I am allowing excuses to mount of why I can't spend the time. So...it is time for me to get back on track.
Anyways...thanks for all the tips!
