I have nothing other than a humorous thought that passed by.
While keeping a daily journal would be valuable as would a food diary / journal - presently that seems like trying to write a letter while juggling an assortment of dissimilar objects.
I have begun reading Dr. Amen's "Healing ADD" and am also moving closer to signing up for neuro-feedback. This is going to be a long, draining battle. Never did have much patience for some things -- finally, 500 years later, I know why.
A dear friend recently told me about a doctor. This doctor has a web site which has a plethora of information. http://www.addtreatmentcenters.com/ <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" ?>

Thanks for sharing this information. I previously did an email interview with Dr. Amen and he seemed to be knowledgeable and his research was fascinating.
