behavioral plan at home

Does anyone have a behavioral plan for the home setting that htey can provide to me.  I would like to see what others are using as  punishiments and rewards at home.

What type of meds are you or your child on for ADHD and what is your experience with that med?

My son is on Straterra, it helps but not quiet enough. His adhd consists mostly of impulsivity, agressive attitude, and patients with interaction;as in when I ask him about something like where is your game boy or did you put up your bike?
