Next Steps?

I think I have Adult (women) ADHD. When reviewing all the symptoms they seem to scream my name almost. What are my next steps? Visit to my family doctor? joy in finishing projects

I am finally realizing how good it is to finish a project. I finished a cross-stitch pattern the other day and instead of dread I felt relief. I have felt dread in finishing projects in the past. I still am getting slightly overwhelmed with everything completely in order but loving it as well. Can anyone relate?

ADHD for 61 years

I'm 61, married for 40 years,father of 2 daughters and 5 grandchildren.I was diagnosed with MS in 1973 but I'm lucky to still be able do sports like golf.I've always been very anxious and in school I could never remember anything althought I would try very hard. Cost of medication

Without a health plan, the cost of medication for ADD can be prohibitive for some families. The cost of this medication alone (Concerta) is over $100.00 per month.
