Share Information with Educators

Hello I am Adhd and i have had it all my life and i got to say liveing with ADHD is not an easy road i find it very hard some time to live with my memory is not great and i cant set still and im always on the move every day is a new day for me and it like a puzzle you are always looking for the puzzle.
