How things got much better

I am finally on the right combination of meds which includes Vyvanse 30 mg QAM and Adderral XR 10 mg Q 2:00 pm. I also take Guanfacine 1 mg bid. I am on other meds for co-morbid psychiatric and neurological disabilities which I did not list here. I absolutely must take all of my ADHD meds exactly as prescribed. I used to forget the... Self accomodations and making life easier
