ADHD in Adults

At a Glance

Once thought to be a condition exclusively existing in children, ADHD in adults is a relatively new concept.  Often times, people have been suffering from ADHD symptoms for their entire lives, yet went diagnosed due to the lack of awareness of the condition.  Adults may not "outgrow" ADHD or learn to cope with the symptoms, leading to difficulties later in life.
