At a Glance

It is theorized that many ADHD patients also may have a form of a food allergy, and this is causing some of the problems that mainfests itself as ADHD symptoms.  Popular diets to treat ADHD often limit consumption of milk, wheat or additives.  If a patient consumes only fresh ingredients, it is thought, ADHD symptoms will decrease.  Additionally, ADHD patients should be mindful of consuming a well-balanced diet, as obesity is known to inflame ADHD symptoms.
