The Americans with Disabilities Act protects people with ADHD in the workplace. You are not required to disclose your condition  to your boss or during the hiring process or. The level of accommodations that you need and may receive depends upon your job, duties,  and performance history.  Types of accommodation include creating flexible schedules and changing project deadlines.
