Difficulty with time management is one of the most notorious signs of ADHD; some projects take longer than expected, and difficulty with focus can make concentration on a single project difficult. Tips for time management include writing down goals, getting painful tasks out of the way first, removing possible distractions (including cell phones or computers), plan breaks into your schedule and make a routine out of organization.
