Sleep Problems

At a Glance

Studies have showed that kids with ADHD get less sleep due to hyperactivity. Create and stick to a sleep schedule for your child. Go to bed and wake up at the same times every day. Playtime or exercise during the day can make it easier for your child to sleep during bedtime.
