Vacations

At a Glance

Vacations and traveling with a child who has ADHD can be quite stressful and take the fun out of the holiday for the whole family. However, there are some things you can do to manage the chaos. Keep in mind that you want to keep as much structure as possible, perhaps by putting the vacation on a calendar for your child to see or giving them a map of where you are going, and keep your child entertained, with games for the car for example.
