Anxiety

At a Glance

Anxiety quite commonly coincides with ADHD. Sometimes children with ADHD are not good at recognizing their anxiety, so it is important to keep an eye out for any signs of anxiety. In addition the internal feeling of fear, physical symptoms include headaches, nausea and irritability. It is also essential to act immediately to control the anxiety, manage the triggers and avoid long-term consequences.
