At a Glance

What is an ADHD coach?  This is a non-traditional approach of treating ADHD.  However, finding a coach can help keep you organized and on the right track.  The process is educational more than medical, where a patient gets help through daily life rather than taking medication to help correct a chemical imbalance.  Many defenders of ADHD coaching cite the strategic assistance as a long-term remedy for many of the challenges that ADHD presents.
