How many disorders can one person have

I am a 34 year old woman who has been dignosed with ADHD and PTSD. And take meds for both. I have been looking up both disorders on the web and now Iam really confused.I have took some online quick quizzes and it looks as if I might have Bipolar and Anxiety disorder of some sort. Is there a difference in always knowing & just finding out
