    Trying to learn all I can about ADD & ADHD in Adults

    Just told yesterday that I have this and am interested in as much information as I can find. Also I need to get feedback from other individuals who live with this; I believe it may help me cope with it. Heck and I just thought I had a simple short attention span, Suprise!!!!Shapeshifter43
