Hi there
I imagine that this could happen. I just wrote a big long article about this very topic of why Adderall and Alchol do not Mix.
Here is what can happen. The Adderall is a stimulant and alcohol is a depressant. The Adderall can interfere with your brain's signals that you have had too much to drink. So you drink more and don't realize it but it is having an effect on your body nonetheless. Some people may pass out or even get alchohol poisoning. It is totally conceivable that one could black out and not remember things that happened while drinking.
Has this happened to you?
Give us more details and we can provide a more detailed response. Thank you for your question.
I've had it happen to me a few times. I never used to have a problem with blacking out while drinking before I started taking Adderall. I've had 3 instances where I blacked out after only 2 drinks, and it only has happened on days that I've taken Adderall. I could have 6 or 7 drinks without blacking out in the past, so it was alarming when I would suddenly black out after only 2 drinks once I started taking Adderall. I'm talking complete blackout -- I couldn't remember a single thing after 2 drinks. I turned into a completely different person too -- I said things to people that in no world do I even THINK in my normal state of mind. To be honest, I even went to the doctor to get tested for roofies in my system because it was so out of the ordinary.
My advice -- don't risk it. Different substances have different effects on different people and trust me, you don't want to find out the hard way that it affects you negatively.
