I need help with adhd but cant afford meds what are other options

I feel my adhd has never been treated properly and dont want to waste money i dont have on meds

I was diagnosed with ADD 3 months ago. My psychiatrist prescribed me Ritalin 10mg, twice a day.

 

Costco only charges me $19 (generic) for a month's supply. I don't think that's too much to ask, and money should not be an issue if you really want to get your life together.

 

There arn't really any other solutions besides behavior therapy (which isn't as drastic as an improvement) or enlisting an ADD coach.
