It depends on how the test is run, if its a qualitative or quantitative test. If its broad spectrum, I suppose it could. If this is for a job interview just disclose to the employer that you have ADHD and if needed, get a note from your physician. Hope this helps.

Every job interview I've ever been on that resulted in a drug test has always come back as positive for methamphetamines. Always make sure you tell them what meds you're on, show them the BOTTLE!!!! It stops a lot of the looks and innuendoes about your test results, but, be prepared to possibly NOT get the job, because of the meds you are taking.
