Thank you for your question and welcome to ADHDCentral.com. First, I must tell you, I am not a medical professional and would not be able to provide you with any medical advice.

I am also not very familiar with epilepsy or the medications used to control seizures. Based on my limited knowledge, I was under the assumption that aggressiveness can sometimes be a symptom of epilepsy or at least is common in individuals with epilepsy. Could this be the cause of your daughter's aggression? I am also not sure if the medications have side effects that might contribute to the aggression.

This is something that you should discuss with your doctor. If this is a side effect of the medication, your physician may be able to adjust your daughter's dose or work with you to find solutions to the aggressiveness.
