Q: Help me please

What could start a young woman of twenty years of age to start bloating and getting constipated.? Now this woman is 47 and the bloating is so severe she looks like she is pregnant with triplets and she won't have a bowel movement for weeks. She uses her fingers to get bloody stool out of her annal area. Now her left side abdominal is in non stop pain and she is  constant throwing up. Now she is weak and fatigue and very irritable and no gas can be passed

I just feel like maybe she might have an endocrine inflammatory pancreas and if yes.. and it is.. at it's just getting worse..What next? as doctors are clueless in my area..I have had this young lady in the emergency room with several bowel obstructions..Isn't that serious
