is clonidine dangerous?

my questiob for you is,,, my 8 yrs old son is a ADHD. his doctor gave him Adderal 15mg, 15mg was too much for him gave him side effect, he move his finger too much. i told the Doctor, maybe it does not go away!! Doctor gave me Clonidine to control his finger. but I am afraid to have a reaction…
