Q: Are there any statistics available on how many people try to hide an ADHD diagnosis? Parents hiding from teachers or people hiding from bosses?

Is there a reason for your question? Are you writing a paper on this topic or are you just curious? Not sure you would be able to find much on this topic because...the people hiding their diagnosis would not be....talking about it. :>)
Here is an interesting ADHD forum where members talk about whether or not to disclose their ADHD to their employer.
It is an intriguing question but unfortunately I cannot find any statistics on this. Perhaps some of other other readers may be able to find something.
