Your child can have the same health issues as you do, or different ones, or none at all. I believe they call it a crap shoot. What seems to be just as important is, how well are you coping, and how well you think you will cope with a child "just like you". If the answer is not well, then perhaps you need to think thru the children concept. But I suspect you already are. Good for you for thinking ahead, most people normal or not never do.
