how do you get a child with ADHD to sit a listen during circle time

I am presently shadowing a child that is showing signs of ADHD but nothing has been confirmed.He shows all the signs that you listed and he shows them all but the biggest problem is he can not sit still in circle and when he is there he is always talking.He is in Pre-k and is almost 5 years...
