Fortunately, I do not spend (money) too excessively, but I have noticed that all my life I "shop" by looking at items. I try to conceive of any and every thing that I think I could use/need for myself, my home, my family. Then I spend lots of time researching /analyzing the options. And it can be any store, the Walgreens, Lowes, Home Depot, the local grocery store. Of most of my preteen years, I remember spending loads of time looking through the Sears' or JCPenney's catalogs to "plan" my dream home with furnishings and I drew up floor plans of my dream home. (Should have been an architect!) I still seem to obsess over "things." It really hurts my family life and it also is one of my vehicles for procrastination. Any suggestions help.
