My son is 11 and ADHD.He just started attending a private catholic school and I would like to know if I have any legal rights to request accomodations for him.What is the law concerning private schools in California?Any answers will be appreciated.

I am not sure of your rights but go to this website Wrightslaw http://www.wrightslaw.com/ . This is a special education rights and advocacy website that can help you find an answer. You may find that your son may be able to receive services from the public school system while attending private school.
