Hi im 21, and taking adderal 30mg time release capsules normally i open it and split my doses into fours and take those before a big test or boring class jus to help me focus (have a hard time sleeping at night so i wont take it regularly) I took it today would it be ok to have a couple drinks with dinner, and ive read all these horror stories but im not planning to get wasted, just wondering
