Adult ADD testing in Philadelphia?

Since starting graduate school my problems with distraction and structure are at an all time high and I have no idea how I'm going to make it through the next 2 years and my practicums without some form of intervention.

After taking a very extensive online ADD assessment it recommended that I immediately find a place that can formally diagnose me. However, I cannot find anywhere in Philadelphia that administers the test. Does anyone know where I could find this information? Btw, I do not own a car.

Also, is medication and behavioral treatment the best ways to approach this? I have some concerns about seeing a behavioral psychologist, so was also wondering if relaxation therapy (or music and or art therapy) has shown any significant improvement. Thank you so much for your time!

I'm also a college student living in Philadelphia, and earlier this year I suspected that I had a diagnosable case of adult ADHD, so I looked for treatment in the area. Where I ended up being tested at was the Upenn adult ADHD research center. They were really welcoming, and I'd reccommend them. It was a bit expensive, but my insurance was able to cover a lot of it. Here is their website:

Good luck!

Hey !!

I live in Philadelphia too and suspect that I have ADHD. Could you please tell me the cost of testing at Penn and the amount of time it takes.

Thanks a lot for your time and help.
