I'm also a college student living in Philadelphia, and earlier this year I suspected that I had a diagnosable case of adult ADHD, so I looked for treatment in the area. Where I ended up being tested at was the Upenn adult ADHD research center. They were really welcoming, and I'd reccommend them. It was a bit expensive, but my insurance was able to cover a lot of it.
