Thank you for your question and welcome to ADHDCentral.com.

I am not a medical professional and would not be able to give you medical advice.

If you have questions or concerns about your medication, you should address these with your doctor or pharmacist.

According to the prescribing information, sweating is considered to be a rare side effect, which mean it has been reported, but in very few people.

As far as weight gain, often, Adderall has the opposite effect.  Many people on Adderall find they have a decreased appetite and lose weight. For someone that is 5'9" your weight seems right according to height and weight charts, so I imagine your doctor would not see this as a problem, but if you are feeling uncomfortable, you should discuss your weight as well.

You probably have a thyrod problem, or imbalance of hormone levels, it could even be stress related, it's defenatly not the adderall. I have ADHD myself and take adderall and a lot of my friends and family have it also. ADHD medicine makes you loose weight. You should tell your doctor whats going on, and get checked out. I hoped I might have been a little help to you. Bless you.
