Although most people do not experience withdrawal symptoms if they have been taking adderall in normal prescription dosages, you may be experiencing some symptoms associated with withdrawal since you have been on adderall for an extended period of time. The main symptoms of Adderall withdrawal would include:

Depression

Fatigue

Heart palpitations, heart rhythym changes

Normally, symptoms of Adderall withdrawal are not serious and are not life-threatening, but can be uncomfortable and cause physical distress. I would suggest contacting your doctor and discussing the symptoms you are experiencing. He or she would be best able to determine if what you are experiencing is a result of stopping the Adderall or is being caused because of a different reason and whether you require additional medical care or further medical tests.

Slurred speech may indicate underlying medical conditions and your doctor should be aware of this, or other symptoms.
