There is no supplement available that is comparable to Adderall. This medication is only available by prescription.

Some sites on the internet as well as certain supplements claim to improve symptoms of ADHD however, to date, there has been no scientific evidence to show that theses supplements work.

Have you talked with a doctor about ADHD? You said you were diagnosed with ADHD, can you visit the doctor that gave you the diagnosis? Is there a reason you haven't been able to find a doctor? Please tell us more about your situation and we will try to find some additional information for you.
