Q: I am having a problem finding a doctor to prescribe me medication for ADHD.

I am 44 now, took medication from K-8th grade with medical records to prove this. I have been self medicating since then. I tried to go to a doctor for help and they want to give me anti-drepressents which don't work. Went to another and she told me that they have studies this condition to the age of 23 and didnt want to help and reffered me to another that didnt help either.

What should I do to get the right medications?
