Hi Tim,
Glad you're finding the meds helpful. It's best to discuss this with your doctor- the long term effects of Concerta. But stimulants have been used for many years and from what I've read, they are fairly safe when used as directed. Still, talk to him about your questions/concerns.

49 , just diagosed with adhd, kinda new it , but now for real. lots if regrets looking back at relatonships , career etc. now on conerta. feels wierd being on the :normal> side of things.
wondering about long term effects of this med.
